This is an exercise in limited color palettes: the sRGB colors in this image (apart from the background and the white eyes) can be read as an old encryption key used to prevent the copying of HD DVDs. The colors used are formed from the following bytes:

E3 5B D8
41 56 C5
63 56 88
C0 (repeated three times to get the white)
