Return of Tarboy

Tarboy is an animated short by James Lee, that tells the story of a vengeful amalgamation of robot souls and their fight against corporate greed. However, the same greed that Tarboy fought ended up being the same thing that killed the project.
Since James Lee wasn’t making anymore Tarboy content, I figured I’d do it myself.
I studied various stills from the film to reverse engineer the art-style that Lee used. Using the principles I discovered, I drew what I thought would be a fitting end to Tarboy’s story; one where he sees victory and closure.
