This took me forever to make, since my software kept crashing. Nomad devs if yo use this please add support for bump/normal maps. 
The glowing effect in the chest, arms, and mouth are actually painted on, since Nomad doesn’t support mixed-material subtools. I used the depth filtering option on the paint tool to target the recesses, gradually moving the value further into the negatives as I applied lighter colors. This gave me a nice gradient around the. Edge of the glowing areas, and allowed me to mimic the look of translucent skin (or something, the biology of this thing is clearly outside the realm of plausibility).
